When can I expect my order?
We attempt to process all orders within 1-3 business day, if placed Monday-Friday, and within the next 2-4 business days if order(s) is placed on the weekend. This timeline may be delayed depending on any sales and or amount of inbound orders. Orders processed after 2PM EST may not be picked up by the shipping service until the following business day. No orders are processed on Holidays/Weekends. Luxury Aromas is not responsible for delays once the package is in the hands of the carrier. Special events (sales and/or promotions) may slow down this timeline. Check all merchandise within the order and contact us with any errors or issues within 48 hours of delivery.
At checkout, our website lists the expected number of days (i.e. 2 Business Days) in transit for each shipping service based on your inputted shipping address. While the days listed are accurate in most cases, they are only estimates and not guarantees. Transit time for international orders varies based on the destination and shipping method selected. Packages sent via Overnight shipments are based on business days (ex-Package shipped out on Friday will be delivered Monday)
